Corkscrew Shores is a 772 acre, gated community located on Corkscrew Road, just 3 miles east of I-75 in Estero, Florida. The community was developed by Cameratta Companies and Pulte Homes. It is centered around a 240-acre lake which provides gorgeous views and makes it feel like a true resort destination. The amenity center is at the east side of the lake, and has a resort-style pool, an indoor/outdoor restaurant, a fully equipped fitness center, community gathering rooms, and plenty of opportunities for residents to socialize.
