Dawn was superb as our real estate agent. She took us on a virtual tour of the condo and was very informative and forthright on her description and assessment of the property and answered all of our questions on the property. We trusted Dawn’s assessment on the property and ended up purchasing the property without ever having seen it in person. She kept us informed every step and assisted us in an electronic closing so that we did not have to be present.
